Online casino gaming provider Yggdrasil Gaming confirmed that it has inked a content deal with bet365. Under the terms of the contract, the entire slots portfolio of Yggdrasil is to go live with the leading UK-based gambling operator.
According to the official announcement of Yggdrasil, the deal between the two parties was agreed back in February 2016. The terms of the contract include incorporation of the full product range of the Malta-based company in the UK gambling operator. And after the deal was reached, the virtual slots offerings of Yggdrasil were quickly integrated on the platform of bet365. They are currently live on the UK company’s website thanks to the licenses Yggdrasil holds in the UK and Gibraltar.
The Yggdrasil games that have been launched recently with the website of bet365 and are currently offered to the latter’s customers include some of the most popular titles of the Maltese company’s portfolio, such as Seasons, Bicicleta and Wicked Circus.
The Chief Executive Officer of Yggdrasil Gaming Fredrik Elmqvist commented on the two companies’ deal, saying that bet365 is currently the leader in online gaming industry, so the entire team of the Maltese company was pleased by the fact that its extensive portfolio went live on the website of a world’s leading operator.
Mr. Elmqvist also explained that the entire team of Yggdrasil had worked hard in order to make sure that the integration of the company’s gaming offerings on bet365’s platform would be quick and smooth. According to him, the fact that the Malta-based company had managed to deliver content on such huge deals only came to confirm its strong position on the market and consolidate its presence as the “fastest growing provider” in the business.
Over the past few months, some agreements were signed between Yggdrasil and some of the most popular online gambling operators not only in Europe, but also worldwide, including Interwetten, bwin.party and now bet365.
The excellent performance of Yggdrasil on the international market is more than satisfactory lately. The company has been granted with the Slot Provider of the Year award at this year’s edition of the EGR B2B Awards after getting the Software Rising Star at the 2015 EGR B2B Awards. This, however, is not the only award that the Malta-based company has won so far in 2016. It also won the Gaming Software Supplier of the Year at the 2016 edition of the International Gaming Awards.
